- You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with our services and have not excessively used the services.
- After the initial 14-day period, annual subscriptions may be eligible for a partial refund on a pro-rated basis for the unused months, less a 20% administrative fee.

One-Time Purchases

Service Outages

- Credits or refunds will be calculated based on the duration of the outage and your subscription level.
- Scheduled maintenance periods announced in advance are not considered outages.
Account Termination

- Any unused subscription period or credits will be forfeited.
Fraud or Error
